Teen Leadership in Action

This past weekend the BESTY Board attended the North American Federation of Temple Youth-Northeast Region Leadership Training Institute--phew that is a lot to say. So we abbreviate it as the NFTY-NE LTI. There, young Jewish leaders from around the North East met to learn, grow, play and inspire. Our BESTY board, accompanied by Mikah Atkind, the NFTY-NE Liaison VP, used their downtime to get tangled up in a human knot.

Later that night the teens attended a dance with over 400 other Reform Jewish teens from the North East--and all in Disney costumes! Smells like teen spirit to me!
